Dr. Seerat Fatima is an accomplished academician and professional with more than 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. She has received the best research paper award from Punjab higher education commission for year 2024. Till date, her three scholars have successfully completed their doctorate in human resource management.She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Institute of Management Sciences, Bahauddin Zakariya University in Multan, Pakistan, where she completed her PhD in Leadership and Organizational Behavior. Apart from her academic credentials, Dr. Seerat is a prominent figure in the field of learning and development in Pakistan. Dr. Seerat Fatima is a highly accomplished corporates trainer and leadership coach with over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. She has been instrumental in providing training programs and coaching sessions to numerous organizations in Pakistan, helping professionals to enhance their leadership skills and improve their overall performance. She holds the position of Country President of Pakistan Learning Forum, an organization dedicated to promoting and enhancing the skills of professionals in Pakistan. Dr. Seerat has conducted numerous training programs on employee and entrepreneurs’s wellbeing, leadership, family businesses, stress management, communication, and high-performance work teams for various organizations in Pakistan. As a trainer, Dr. Seerat has conducted various training programs on employee wellbeing, leadership, family businesses, stress management, communication, and high-performance work teams for several organizations in Pakistan. She designs and delivers bespoke training programs, tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization and its employees. Her training sessions are highly interactive, engaging, and filled with practical examples that help participants to better understand the concepts being taught. In addition to her teaching and training roles, Dr. Seerat is a Learning and Development Advisor for the Multan Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She advises and consults with businesses and organizations to develop effective training programs that enhance employee skills and promote organizational growth. Dr. Seerat has a prolific research record with 21 publications on various topics related to entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Her research has been published in top-tier journals, and one of her papers has been published in a journal with an impact factor of 10.47, highlighting her expertise and contribution to the field. Dr. Seerat is also an active member of the academic and research community, serving as a panel researcher for several multinational enterprises. Her research expertise and experience make her an invaluable asset to the research community and the organizations she serves. She is also the member of research & development wing of Multan Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Finally, Dr. Seerat is a focal person for inclusive development at Bahauddin Zakariya University. She is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in the academic and professional communities and works tirelessly to ensure that everyone has equal opportunities to succeed. She has greater interests in health and fitness, she is successfully running weightloss groups from last four years (twice a year) in which females participates and lose weight. She provides them with customized diet plans with the fitness plans. Her notions for the weightloss are rigorous and sustainable. More than 100 women have lost significant fat loss with her guidance regarding diet and fitness. Overall, Dr. Seerat Fatima is an accomplished academic, trainer, advisor, and researcher who has made significant contributions to the field of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior in Pakistan. She has made significant contributions to the development of professionals in Pakistan. Her expertise, dedication, and passion for inclusive development make her an invaluable asset to the academic and professional communities in Pakistan and beyond.
