The Higher Education Department, Government of the Punjab has opened applications for the Honhaar Scholarships – Undergraduate Program. New registrations are now live!
100% tuition fee coverage.
Students with Punjab domicile, no age limit, gender neutral. Income threshold: up to Rs. 350,000/month for Public Sector HEIs and up to Rs. 500,000/month for Federal/Private Sector HEIs (affidavit on e-stamp required).
Deadline: 15th September, 2025. Only 31 days left—apply now via the official HED portal https://honhaarscholarship.punjabhec.gov.pk.
