As a Vice Chancellor, Pro-Rector, and former CEO of Pakistan’s first Knowledge Park, Dr. Zubair Iqbal has led major institutional transformations, built innovation ecosystems, scaled startups, and supported institutional growth through donor and corporate engagement.
Educated in the UK and internationally trained through prestigious programs including Chevening, APO-Japan, Tufts, Australia, and Denmark, he bridges global best practices with regional execution in complex environments.
