Quality & Hygiene Manager (Carrefour -Majid Al Futtaim) manage the retail operations in Fresh Food Department mainly regarding Butchery Section, Fishery Section, Delicatessen Section, Restaurant Section, Bakery Section & Fruit Vegetable Section. , 2. Shift Manager (KFC Pakistan) Restaurant Operations in which mainly deal with quality, food safety, hygiene, shrinkage & waste control and costing of fried chicken and other fast food products. , 3. Food Safety Trainee Officer (Punjab Food Authority) Conduct daily audits & inspection of every food business to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. Investigating complaints such as misbranding, adulterated food, cases of food poisoning and customer complaints. , 4. Sr. Production Executive (O!
