Principal, University Gillani Law College Dr. Muhammad Bilal is a distinguished legal academic and scholar, currently serving as the Principal of the University Gillani Law College. With over 15 years of teaching, research, and academic leadership experience, he has established himself as a leading authority in Anti-Dumping Law, International Trade Law, and European Union Law. He earned his Ph.D. in Anti-Dumping Law and European Law (2016) and has since contributed significantly to the field through teaching, research publications, and supervision of postgraduate scholars. Under his mentorship, numerous MPhil students have successfully completed their research, while he is also actively supervising several PhD scholars, some of whom have already graduated under his guidance. Alongside his research expertise, Dr. Bilal has played a pivotal role in academic administration and institutional development. As Principal, he has been instrumental in enhancing academic programs, strengthening faculty capacity, and fostering a research-oriented environment at the University Gillani Law College. His teaching areas include International Trade Law, Intellectual Property Law, Commercial Law, and Comparative Legal Studies, where he is highly regarded for his interactive teaching style and scholarly depth. Dr. Bilal has also been actively engaged in academic societies, curriculum development, and character-building initiatives for students, promoting both professional excellence and ethical responsibility among future lawyers and researchers.
