The Department of Human Nutrition is well established department and offering degree program since 2015. It has been producing graduates of professional skills and quality that are serving in multispectral disciplines in the nutrition field. This department is teaching more than 600 students and it is also offering all the three-degree programs of BSc (Hons.), MPhil and Ph.D. For a long time, this department has been catering the needs of nutrition in the South Punjab and shedding the light on the value of balanced diet and its importance in alleviating the disease burden from the masses. The teaching and research environment is exceptional that focus on training of faculty members and students. Broadly, the discipline of Human Nutrition and Dietetics comprises of the following sub-fields:
