Public Notice: Double Enrolment / Double Registration of LLB Candidates

Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan has identified certain cases of double enrolment/double registration during the scrutiny of records of candidates enrolled in the LL.B. 3-Year Program through various affiliated law colleges. In these cases, two or more candidates appear to have been enrolled against the same University Registration Number.

The matter was considered by the Joint Committee in its meeting held on 04 May 2026. In pursuance of the recommendations of the Committee, all candidates who believe that they have been affected by this issue are hereby directed to submit their claims, along with all relevant documentary evidence, for verification.

Documents Required

Candidates are required to submit the following documents:

1. Copies of CNICs
2. University Registration / Enrolment Cards
3. College Identity Cards
4. Detailed Marks Certificates / Result Cards
5. Fee Receipts; and
6. Any other relevant supporting documents establishing their claim.

Submission Deadline

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the publication of this notice at the Registration Branch, Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan, during office hours.

Candidates who fail to submit their claims within the stipulated period may forfeit their right to be heard, and the matter shall be decided on the basis of the available record.
