Graduate (PhD) Program

Eligibility:
Applicants seeking admission to the Ph.D. Law program must fulfill the following requirements: Candidates must possess an LL.M. degree in First Division under the annual examination system, or a minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 under the semester system from a recognized institution. Candidates must qualify the Departmental Entry Test by securing at least 60% marks. Candidates employed in Government Service are required to submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) along with Study Leave duly approved by the Competent Authority at the time of admission. Fulfillment of the above eligibility requirements does not guarantee admission. Admission shall be granted strictly on merit and in accordance with the rules, regulations, and admission policies of Bahauddin Zakariya University and the Higher Education Commission (HEC), where applicable.
