Newly admitted students can obtain room allotments/accommodation through multiple channels: by contacting their respective departments, directly reaching out to the Chairman Hall Council Office, or approaching the designated hostel staff assigned to their faculty or department. Students arriving with their luggage are promptly allocated rooms.
Existing students should visit their designated hostels, where vouchers are generated by hostel staff through the online system, ensuring that room allotments are completed in an organized manner.
Currently, allotments are proceeding smoothly in all Boys’ and Girls’ Hostels, with dedicated staff available at each location to guide and support students.
