Introduction

The Department of Basic Sciences & Humanities is one of the oldest departments of the Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan. The Department of Basic Sciences & Humanities has been established and approved by the Executive Committee of National Economic Council (ECNEC), Pakistan at its meeting held on September 13, 1990.

The purpose of this Department is to teach all the subjects of Basic Sciences & Humanities like (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Islamic Studies, English, Business Administration, Economics, etc.) to all the teaching engineering departments of the Faculty of Engineering & Technology.
