The Department of Food Safety & Quality Management is the first and only department in South Punjab offering comprehensive BS and MS degree programs as well as distinguished PhD program, dedicate to the field of food safety & quality management. In today’s world, food safety has emerged as a paramount concern for consumers worldwide. Recognizing this pressing need, governments and regulatory agencies have placed significant emphasis on enhancing food safety standards.

BS Food Safety & Quality Management	Undergraduate Program

Eligibility: B.S/B.Sc. (Hons.) Food Science and Technology/ Food Technology or B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture with Food Science and Technology/ Food Technology or B.Sc. (Hons.) Dairy Science & Technology/ B.S. (Hons.) Dairy Technology/ B.S. (Hons.)/B.Sc. (Hons.) Human Nutrition & Dietetics/B.Sc. (Hons.) Home Economics (Food & Nutrition)/ B.S. PhD (Food Safety & Quality Management)	Graduate (PhD) Program
Eligibility: a) He/she should have passed the M.Sc. (Hons.)/M.Phil. in the relevant subject or equivalent qualification b) minimum CGPA of 3.0 from a recognized University. c) International GRE (Subject) or equivalent test passed before admission. d) A Ph.D. Scholar is required to complete course work of up to 18 credit hours and must qualify.
