Eligibility: Admissions are initially offered based on F.Sc. Part-I results and confirmed upon securing at least 60% in the final F.Sc. examination. All candidates regardless of background F.Sc. (Pre-Engineering, ICS, Pre-Medical, DAE, or B.Sc.) must appear in the ECAT (UET Lahore) or the equivalent University admission test (BZU) as applicable. For F.Sc. (Pre-Engineering & ICS) applicants: Pre-Engineering students must have Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry. ICS students must have Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science. For DAE (Diploma holders): Applicants must hold a DAE in Electrical Technology or a relevant discipline with a minimum 60% aggregate. Admission is strictly on merit following PEC and university policy. For B.Sc. / Pre-Medical applicants: B.Sc. candidates must have Mathematics and Physics as major subjects. Pre-Medical applicants must complete Additional Mathematics as required by PEC. Additional notes: Hafiz-e-Quran status is considered only for merit determination, not eligibility. Eligibility: An applicant for admission to any of the B.Sc. Engineering Degree Program offered by the University must fulfill the following requirements: a) He should have obtained at least 60% marks in examination on the basis of which he seeks admission. Marks for Hafz- e-Quran and entry test where applicable shall be added only for determination of merit. b) He should be a bonafide resident of the area from where he seeks admission. c) He should meet standards of physique and eye-sight laid down in the medical certificate. d) He must have appeared in the Entry Test for Session 2022 arranged by the University of Engineering & Technology Lahore, Pakistan or BZU Test for Session 2022 Merit Determination: The comparative merit of applicants will be determined on the basis of adjusted admission marks obtained by them in the above examinations.
