1 M.Phil Saraiki Area Study Centre SASC
Eligibility:
ADA/ADS (5th Semester/M.A. Saraiki (Departmental Test)
2 M.Phil. in Pharmacy Practice Department of Pharmacy Practice
Eligibility:
Pharm.D. / B. Pharmacy
3 M.Phil. Pharmacognosy Department of Pharmacognosy
Eligibility:

B.Pharmacy (4 year), Pharm-D (5 Years) with minimum CGPA 2.5/4.0 or CGPA 2.8/5.0 under the semester system and at least 50% marks in B.Pharmacy (4 year), Pharm-D (5 Years) Examination (Annual System) in relevant subject for admission in M.PhilPharmacognosy program. Candidate must have valid registration of Pharmacy Council of Pakistan (PCP) Admission Test (subject based) is prerequisite for admission in M.PhilPharmacognosy. The test will be conducted by the Department. BZU, Multan also accepts GAT (General) conducted by NTS for admission in M.Phil Programs. Highest score GAT (General) or Subject Based Test conducted by BZU, Multan will be included in merit calculations


Merit Determination:

As per HEC and BZU admission policy.


4 M.Phil. Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry
Eligibility:

Educational Qualifications:

·         Candidates must hold a Pharm.D or B. Pharmacy degree with a minimum of 5 Years/ for Pharm.D and 4 years for B. Pharmacy of education.

·         The minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) required is 2.5 out of 4.0 or 2.8 out of 5.0 under the semester system.

·         Alternatively, candidates should have at least 50% marks in the annual examination of Pharm-D or B. Pharmacy in the relevant subject.

 

Registration:

·         Candidates must possess a valid registration with the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan (PCP).

 

Admission Test:

·         A subject-based Admission Test is mandatory for admission. The test will be conducted by the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at BZU, Multan.

·         Alternatively, candidates can also submit a valid GAT (General) conducted by NTS (National Testing Service) for admission.


Merit Determination:

·         The highest score obtained in either the GAT (General) or the Subject-Based Test conducted by the department will be considered for merit calculations.

·         Merit will be determined based on the overall performance in the admission test.

5 M. Phil Program (Evening/Weekend) Institute of Chemical Sciences
Eligibility:
BS (4-Year) or M.Sc. Chemistry with specialization in the relevant field.

7 Postgraduate Programs MS(CS) Department of Computer Science
Eligibility:

The candidate should have obtained 50% marks (Annual System) or CGPA 2.5 (Semester System)

  • BS (Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering)
  • MCS/MIT

8 Master of Science in Data Science — MS(DS) Department of Computer Science
Eligibility:

The candidate should have obtained at least 50% marks (annual system) or 2.50 CGPA in semester system

  • BS in Computer Science/IT, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence
  • MCS/MIT 

Merit Determination:

Merit will be determind as per university policy.


9 MS(IT) Program Department of Information and Communication Technology
Eligibility:
BS(IT) / BS(CS) / BS(SE) 4-year degree program (min 130 credit hours) or MIT / M.Sc(IT) / MCS / M.Sc(CS) / M.Sc(SE) i.e 16 Years Education The candidate should have obtained atleast 50% marks in annual system or 2.5 CGPA in semester system in the last degree.
Merit Determination:
Merit will be determined according to the criteria laid down by the university. The minimum strength for a class to be started is 10. Merit will be caculated according to the University criteria
10 M.Phil/MS (Evening/Weekend) Institute of Physics
Eligibility:
The admission requirement for MPhil program is a master’s degree in Physics, BS (4 year) in Physics, BS Physics (For ADP), MSc Physics (Applied)/MSc Materials Science. The candidates who have successfully completed the above-mentioned degrees with at least 50% marks under annual system OR 2.5/4.00 OR 2.8/5.00 CGPA in semester system + GAT General Test (50%) / Institutional Test (60%) would be entitled to seek admission in this program.
